On 4/18/1994 , the vessel CREST 1 (Official Number 229114) was involved in a collision - struck by vessel in PRINCE RUPERT HARBOUR, B.C.,.
The vessel, with 24 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
