On 5/21/2008 , the vessel SERVICE BOAT NO. 2 (Official Number 158071) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in OFF PTE ST-JEAN I.O. QUEBEC, QUEBEC (QC).
The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
