On 5/31/1985 , the vessel SANTA CATALINA MARU (Official Number 112927) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in W COAST-VANCOUVER HBR-ANCHORAGE A,.

The vessel, with 22 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
