On 12/5/1989 , the vessel OLYMPIC DIGNITY (Official Number 9312) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in BERTH #3, LYNNTERM, VANCOUVER HARBOUR, B.C.,.
The vessel, with 21 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
