On 28 May 2016, the platform supply vessel "SIEM HANNE" lost all propulsion .04 nautical miles east of the Thebaud gas production platform, Sable Island, NS. The vessel drifted toward the platform and made contact with 2 of the platform legs before propulsion was restored and the vessel moved clear of the platform. The vessel proceeded to Halifax, NS without further incident. No injuries or pollution reported.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as UNKNOWN
