On 2/23/1984 , the vessel FLAG LEADER (Official Number 8363) was involved in a fire in W COAST-VANCOUVER HBR-NEPTUNE NO 2,.
The vessel, with 27 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
