On 6/11/2011 , the vessel HAZEL MCISAAC (Official Number 835491) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in FERRY DOCK AT LITTLE BAY ISLANDS, NL, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR (NL).

The vessel, with 10 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
