On 4/18/2014 , the vessel OAKGLEN (Official Number 833289) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in Section 27 Port of Montreal, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 21 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
