On 6/14/2009 , the vessel UGJIT SMA'GNISG (Official Number 825280) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in BAIE DES CHALEURS, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 3 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 14 June 2009, while berthing at Havre Grande-Rivière, QC, the f/v "UGJIT SMA'GNISG" experienced some transmission problems and struck the berthed f/v "L'ETALE III". Minor damages were observed on "L'ETALE III". No injuries nor pollution reported.
