On 10/7/2008 , the vessel FUNDY LEGEND (Official Number 824780) was involved in a capsizes in SOUTH WEST SHORE, NS, NOVA SCOTIA (NS).

On 07 October 2008, the F/V "FUNDY LEGEND" reported taking on water and making way to shore. Later F/V reported capsized and completely submerged. Search was being conducted for the 3 crew members.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as TOTAL LOSS
