Fishing vessel with 2 POB took on water. Had difficulty initially with pumps; however, was able to keep up with flooding. While under escort and enroute to Barkley Sound, vessel subsequently sank. All POB safe.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as TOTAL LOSS
