On 10/18/2005, the vessel JOCKER (Official Number 822170) was involved in a grounding - under power (non-intentional) in ILES AUX LIEVRES, FLEUVE SAINT-LAURENT, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 5 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

The F/V "JOCKER" with 5 POB ran aground while fishing sea urchins in shalllow water. Reportedly the vessel was pushed on the shoal by the current. Crew members were brought ashore by another F/V.
