On 10/5/2000 , the vessel VITAMIN SEA VI (Official Number 819382) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in WOLFE ISLAND, PRINCE RUPERT HARBOUR, BC, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
