On 12/4/2003 , the vessel TRINITY SEA (Official Number 820678) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in EAST SCOTIAN SLOPE,.

The vessel, with 11 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
