On 8/18/2018 , the vessel PACIFIC SCOUT (Official Number 832934) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in Ogden Point, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).

The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 18 August 2018, the pilot boat "PACIFIC SCOUT", with 4 people on board, struck a moored barge while returning to the dock in Victoria Harbour, BC. No damage was reported to either vessel.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as NONE APPARENT
