On 5/18/2013 , the vessel MARIE J (Official Number 809350) was involved in a sank - flooding in TABUSINTAC GULLY, NB, NEW BRUNSWICK (NB).

On 18 May 2013, the FV "MARIE J " with 3 POB grounded on a sand bar in rough weather, in the Tabusintac Gully, NB. The vessel was pushed over the sandbar where it sank resulting in a total loss. All 3 crew members subsequently perished.
