On 6/27/2003 , the vessel HAYLEY MATTHEW (Official Number 823716) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in NEAR ENTRY ISLAND, MAGDALEN ISLANDS, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 2 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
