On 3/29/1999 , the vessel EMPIRE 25 (Official Number 803637) was involved in a collision - struck by vessel in VANCOUVER,BC INNER HBR/N SHORE/BY MOSQUITO CRK, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
