On 07 October 2004, near Maude Island, B.C., the tug "OCEAN TITAN" towing the barge "ANCHORAGE PROVIDER" reported a near collision with the F/V "SLEEPWALKER". The tug was forced to slow down and was in danger of being struck by her barge.
