On 5/15/2001 , the vessel TRAVIS & LORI (Official Number 800363) was involved in a risk of sinking in 36 NM ESE OF CAPE BONAVISTA, NF, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR (NL).

The vessel, with 6 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was unknown pollution.
