On 2/15/2002 , the vessel ALMA ATA (Official Number 7532) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in POINTE NOIRE, QUEBEC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 28 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. There were 0 injuries and fatalities were reported, and there was unknown pollution.

On 15 February 2002, the loaded Bulk Carrier "ALMA ATA" reportedly struck the wharf while departed incurring some damages to the wharf. No apparent damages to the vessel.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as UNKNOWN
