On 9/11/1994 , the vessel IRAN BORHAN (Official Number 242) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in PORT DE CACOUNA, QUEBEC,.
The vessel, with 31 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
This incident was officially recorded by Transport Canada on 12/16/1994. Weather at the time was reported as clear.
