On 9/20/2001 , the vessel WESTWOOD JAGO (Official Number 711111) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in VANCOUVER WHARF, BERTH 2, BC, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 28 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
