On 6/21/2007 , the vessel STEFANIA I (Official Number 5887) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in BEAUHARNOIS LOCK NO 3, EAST TIE-UP WALL, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 25 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was unknown pollution.

This incident was officially recorded by Transport Canada on 8/30/2007 . Weather at the time was reported as clear with winds from the WNW at 20.00 knots.

On 22 June 2007, the upbound vessel STEFANIA I struck the approach wall of lock No 3 (Beauharnois). Vessel suffered some damage.
