On 10/6/2002 , the vessel DAVID Z. NORTON (Official Number 549231) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in ENTRANCE TO ST.CLAIR CUT-OFF, ONT., ONTARIO (ON).

The vessel, with 27 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. There were 0 injuries and fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
