On 4/30/2000 , the vessel TRAVELLER II (Official Number 392241) was involved in a sank - flooding in 6M WEST OF LANGARA ISLAND, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

Fishing vessel took on water through lazerette. Pumps and main engine failed. POB taken off vessel onto lifeboat. Vessel subsequently sank. POB later picked up by another vessel and brought to safety in Masset.
