On 6/14/2021 , the vessel C.F. VENTURE (Official Number 392077) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in Bonavista, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR (NL).

The vessel, with 5 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 14 June 2021, the fishing vessel "C.F. VENTURE", with 5 people on board, reported being disabled with engine problems, 20 nautical miles NNW of Bonavista, NL. The vessel was safely towed to Indian Bay, NL by the Canadian Coast Guard Ship "SACRED BAY".. Damage to the vessel was indicated as MINOR
