On 15 August 2014, the fishing vessel "AMANDA MARIE", with 4 POB, ran aground on submerged wall pilings near S16 buoy in the Fraser River, BC. The RCM-SAR 7 assisted the vessel off the pilings and escorted it to Ladner, BC.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as UNKNOWN
