On 5/27/2002 , the vessel BRETON DRY-DOCK#1 (Official Number 0800702) was involved in a sank - flooding in OFF CHANDLER, BAIE DES CHALEURS, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The tug "TONY McKAY" reported that one of the four dry dock sections broke away from the tow. This forth section sank some 21 hours later ESE of Chandler (Quebec) in position 48 10N; 064 23.1W. No pollution reported.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as UNKNOWN
