On 5/4/2003 1, the vessel CHALLENGE (Official Number 370096) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in TORONTO HARBOUR, AT SECTION 251, EAST PIER, ONTARIO (ON).

The vessel, with 7 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.

On 04 May 2003 , while attempting to berth at section 251, Toronto Harbour, the sail-passenger v/l "CHALLENGE" struck the berthed water taxi "R G JETTA" at approx'ly 1730. The water taxi sustained some damage.
