The tug "SEASPAN PROTECTOR" handed off the barges to the tugs "SEA IMP 12" and "HELEN J". The fishing vessel reported as disabled due to tangled fishing net in the propeller. The fishing vessel was towed to Nanaimo, BC by a Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue vessel.
