On 23 Sept 2004, while proc'dg upbd in the MacKenzie River the fuel barge "Barge #1016" being pushed by the tug "VIC INGRAHAM" ran aground at Providence Rapids, Mile 51. Barge was holed & beached. Minor pollution & boomed. Proc'dg to lighter barge.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as HOLED
