On 24 May 2015, the tug "FRASER WARRIOR", with 2 people on board, girded and nearly capsized when the jog steering malfunctioned and the barge it was towing overtook it while the vessels were approaching the dock. Water was shipped on deck and the tug's propeller was fouled by a rope during the manoeuvre.
