On 2/21/2005 , the vessel AMT 2 (Official Number 323205) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in NAKWAKTO RAPIDS, SEYMOUR INLET, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).

The vessel, with 0 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. There were 0 injuries and fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 21 February 2005, the tug "RISCO REEGEN" while towing the two barges "WESTERN CARRIER" and "AMT 2" reported the 2nd barge (AMT 2) struck Turret Rock and was damaged above the water line.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as HOLED
