The vessel, with 2 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.

While the tug was repositioning anchors for the derrick platform "Mackenzie", the anchor slipped in a deeper spot in the river bed tightening the towline of the tug and pulling it under water stern first. No injuries.
