On 10/8/1995 , the vessel GOOD PARTNER (Official Number 158909) was involved in a grounding - under power (non-intentional) in MOUTH OF RETURN CHANNEL, B.C.,.

The vessel, with 6 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was minor pollution.

This incident was officially recorded by Transport Canada on 11/17/1995. Weather at the time was reported as clear.

Vessel grounded on rocks and began to take on water. 5 persons abandoned and later recovered. Canadian Coast Guard vessel supplied pumps and the "GOOD PARTNER' stabilized.
