On 7/15/2014 , the vessel HORIZON THEANO (Official Number 14285) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in Shell Terminal, Section 103, Montreal, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 21 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was unknown pollution.

On 15 July 2014, the MT "HORIZON THEANO" allided with the pier while berthing at section 103 in the Port of Montreal, QC. Minor damage reported.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as MINOR
