On 5/24/2018 , the vessel ADFINES SKY (Official Number 9580986) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in Trois-Rivières, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 19 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 24 May 2018, the product/chemical tanker "ADFINES SKY" sustained a propulsion failure off Buoy S13 on Lake St-Pierre, QC. The crew restored the propulsion and the vessel proceeded on its own power to the Pointe-des-Ormes, QC anchorage. Repairs were carried out and the vessel later resumed its voyage.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as UNKNOWN
