On 3/1/2001 1, the vessel OINOUSSIAN FATHER (Official Number 9189) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in PIONEER DOCK, VANCOUVER, BC, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 17 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations.
