On 4/16/2012 , the vessel JUMBO VISION (Official Number 9153642) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in ST. LAWRENCE SEAWAY,QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 17 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 16 April 2012, the inbound 110m special purpose vessel "JUMBO VISION" carrying wind turbines had an engine malfunction and drifted out of the channel near Mtl. QC. The engines malfunctioned again before vessel effected repairs a Beauharnois QC.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as
