On 8/13/2011 , the vessel HEIDI LINEA (Official Number 911621) was involved in a grounding - under power (non-intentional) in BAMFIELD ISLAND, ACCA PASSAGE, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).

The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. There were 0 injuries and fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 13 August 2011, the U.S. F/V "HEIDI LINEA" was reported aground at north end of Bamfield Island, Acca Passage, B.C. Vessel is holed in the bow and has a tarp over it. Awaiting high tide to refloat and will head to Prince Rupert for repairs.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as HOLED
