On 6/21/1996 , the vessel SAGRAN (Official Number 9034949) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in OFF BERKLEY SOUND, B.C.,.

The vessel, with 68 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
