On 9/18/2019 , the vessel SAAREMAA 1 (Official Number 842650) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in Godbout, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 26 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 18 September 2019, the Ropax ferry "SAAREMAA 1" allided with the shoreside vehicle ramp while berthing in Godbout, QC. The vessel did not sustain damage. The shoreside vehicle ramp was damaged and rendered unusable.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as NONE APPARENT
