On 28 November 2019, the loaded gravel barge "MLT8000-4" was reported breaking 7 mooring lines following the passing of the Ro-Ro cargo vessel "GRAND CHAMPION". The barge, now adrift, struck a section of dredge piping belonging to the dredger barge "SCEPTRE COLUMBIA" in the Fraser River, BC. The "WESTVIEW CHINOOK" attended the barge and re-secured it at Graves End tie-up.
