On 26 May 2017, the tug "HERB L LEDCOR", with 2 people on board and while towing the barge "LEDCOR L3802", reported that the loaded barge struck the protection pier of the Mission Rail bridge, BC due to a towing bridal failure. Damage to the protection pier and the barge was reported. . Damage to the vessel was indicated as MINOR
