On 20 March 2016, the fishing vessel "DOUBLE VISION", with 3 people on board, reported a crew member overboard 48 nautical miles southwest of Clark's Harbour, NS. The crew member was retrieved by the fishing vessel and subsequently airlifted, hospitalized and released that night.
