On 28 June 2012, the "SEA CAP VII" with 1 POB, while shifting a the barge "ZB 1801" near Pattulo Bridge, Fraser River, B.C., girded and capsized. The operator managed to swim out of the tug, was rescued and taken to hospital. The barge was later tied to a berth.
