On 9/24/2008 , the vessel LAMPSILIS (Official Number 827380) was involved in a grounding - under power (non-intentional) in TROIS-RIVIERES, QC, QUEBEC (QC).
The vessel, with 5 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 24 September, the small research craft "LAMPSILIS", with 19 POB, ran aground in the vicinity of Trois-Rivieres, Qc. The vessel freed itself and resumed its voyage to Trois-Rivieres without further problems. No injuries/pollution reported.
