On 5/11/2010 , the vessel RECREATIONAL CRAFT - CHARTER VESSEL (Official Number 825792) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in TEMPLAR CHANNEL, BC, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).

The vessel, with 5 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. There were 4 injuries but no fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 11 May 2010, P/C "TARAPUNGA" made contact with the bottom injuring four people on board in Templar Channel, B.C. Vessel is contracted to filming crew and one injured person required hospitalization.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as UNKNOWN
