On 27 July 2008, F/V "A DREAM AWAY" was reported on fire 75 NM Southeast of Louisburg, N.S. 4 POB were rescued from a liferaft by passing M/V. 4 survivors were transfered to another F/V for transport to Louisburg. No injuries reported.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as TOTAL LOSS
